Production meeting 4

this week was the final week as it was the live day on Thursday. I had to make sure that everyone was sure on what they had to do and when they had to do it. I had to finish off the final master camera scrips which everyone would use to keep in sync. We had to set up the set which I had to help with as I knew what I wanted it to look like and I also had to get the key to the storage room for props on the show. I then printed out the scripts for everyone so they could see wheat had to be done. For the presenters, I printed out just the dialog for them as it would be easier to refer to on the day in case they got a bit stuck. The day of the the actual production was a bit messy at the beginning as we had to set up and go though what we had to do. The directions I was giving wasn't that clear as it was something I have never done before. Yet as we got towards the final recording, in was 10 times better. Everyone seemed to be in sync a lot more and I was giving the dorections firmly to when and how I wanted them. With out this confidence towards the end, the whole production wouldn't have worked. Overall, towards the end of the production, people started to work together a lot better than intoxicated. This is the reason to why we done so well and to why we would all get grades that we were predicted to get.

Production meeting 3

This week I had helped with the making of the script. I had to make sure that the presenters knew what to say and how long to say it for. I also had to make sure that jack had done his job of doing the pre records which would then later on be set up on the day of the production. I had also created the beginning to the camera script on excell. This had to be done ASAP as we are behind quite. A lot and no one could do their job unless I had done this, so I completed my part. I need to develop on my guests on who to bring in as some people have become unreliable but I can quickly change this as some people have volunteered to do this part for me. Next week I hope to go over with everyone else to see if they are up to pace with what they need to do and if not, I will help them as much as I can. We would also need to make sure that everything is done by Wednesday so we can do a run through before Thursday as that is the final day to perform. This week I helped Aisha with contact numbers etc for the guests and with the two presenters as well as jack. I needed to make sure that they knew what they had to do and when to have it by.

Risk assessment of gallery

This is a risk assessment of the gallery where all the electronic appliances are held. There are screens so you can see what is happening on the set without having to stand directly there. The whole production is controlled by this room and there are risks that have to be taken as a precaution to make the overall production run smoothly with no interference's or problems on the day.
